The occasion was marked by the publication of the Diamond Jubilee Journal, but the joy of the parishioners was marred because of World War II, with many parish sons in battle across the Atlantic and Pacific and the restrictions at home in their severest and most critical stage."

Reconciliation: Saturdays (4:00 – 5:00,) Mondays after Novena, Thursdays before First Friday’s (4:00 – 5:00,) and Holy Day Vigils (4:00 – 5:00.)
Miraculous Medal Novena: Mondays at 2:00 (Novena prayers and Benediction,) Confession after Novena.
Silent Holy Hour: Thursday from 7:00 – 8:00 PM
Communion Calls: Contact the parish office for Communion to be brought to shut-ins and call the church if someone should be prayed for.
Pro-Life Rosary: After 7:00 and 9:00 AM Mass.
Music at Our Eucharistic Celebrations: Saturday 5:00 PM (Cantor), Sunday: 8:30 AM (Cantor), 10:00 AM (Cantor), 11:30 AM (Choir) and 10:00 AM at Hurley Mission (Schola & Children Choir)
Baptisms: Please contact one of the clergy for instructions and appointments.
Marriages: Contact the Church at least six months prior to celebration. A Marriage Preparation Program is required.

EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF THE HOLY EUCHARIST
Parishioners who have the love of the Eucharist are invited to become Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion. The training will be on September 24th, 2016, Saturday from 1:00pm – 4:30pm. Come learn about bringing Jesus in the Eucharist to people at home, in Nursing Homes or Hospitals or become a Eucharistic Minister of the Parish. Please contact Beth Safford at 845- 532-0235 or Fr. Training is planned for those interested in serving as Lectors. You will be entrusted with proclaiming the Word of God with utmost care and reverence at, Mass. We are in great need of Lectors at Masses. Please contact Deacon Joe at 845-331-1689 or Anna Brett at 845-339-5403 or Fr. Rick at 845- 338-1554.
25th & 50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Any couple in the parish celebrating their 50th or 25th Wedding Anniversary are cordially invited to our parish celebration in your honor on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at the 11:30am Mass. We kindly ask that you register at the parish office if you would like to participate. We would be happy to celebrate with you to honor you and your commitment to the Sacrament of Matrimony in this special way.
NEW ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Mr. Dustyn Cormier has accepted the position of principal at St. Joseph School, effective August 1, 2016. As part of the new Catholic school leadership organization in Kingston, Mr. Cormier as Principal of St. Joseph School and Ms. Jodi Lynn Vines, newly appointed Principal of Kingston Catholic will both report to Mrs. Jill Albert who was named President of both schools last May
